Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation in the treatment of reflux esophagitis patients. Methods 180 reflux esophagitis patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group of 86 people and treatment group of 94 people. The former received Omeprazole and Mosapride, the latter received traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The efficacy before and after treatment and adverse drug reactions were observed. Results There was no difference between two groups on clinical efficacy and endoscopic effect(P 0.05).The adverse drug reaction rate of the treatment group was relatively lower than that of control group(P 0.05).Conclusions The traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and western medicine has same effect on the treatment of reflux esophagitis patients. It had the advantage of fewer side effects.
