Zini Chaizhihewei Decoction Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective: To observe the self Chaizhi and stomach treatment of reflux esophagitis therapy.Methods: 146 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups,control group 66 patients received omeprazole capsule 20mg,day 1,in oral 30min before breakfast;domperidone tablets,3 times daily before meals 30min oral.Treatment group 80 cases,in addition to oral administration of the medicine,the additional use of self Chaizhi and stomach treatment,and were treated for 6 weeks.After the end of treatment compared.Results: The effective rate was 92.5% in the control group was 65.2%,compared the two groups,significant difference(P0.05).Tip of the side of this disease with heat pain,and a better efficacy Heweijiangni.Conclusion: Self Chaizhi and stomach combined with western medicine treatment of reflux esophagitis alone than the more obvious clinical medicine,is worthy of clinical application.
