Abstract
Objective:Discussion on early anal fissure treatment by Compound Lidocaine Hydrochloric and Granulation-Promoting Jade and Red Paste.Method:320 patients with early anal fissure were equally,randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in treatment group were treated by injection with Compound Lidocaine Hydrochloric on the wound and change dressing with Granulation-Promoting Jade and Red Paste every day after operation;the patients in control group were treated by traditional surgical incision which operates on the mid-back of anus.Result:In treatment group,the effective rates were 98.8%;in control group,the effective rates were 100%.Pain Period:the patients in treatment group didn’t feel any pain during defecation the next day after operation,while the patients in control group suffered pain for the following 10~20 Days,with 13.5 days as average.Recovery Period:the patients in treatment group took(13.39±1.85)days,while the patients in control group took(25.6±3.31)days.Conclusion:There was not an obvious difference between the treatment and control group on treatment effect.But the treatment group has a remarkable advantage on the period of pain and wound recovery after operation.
