Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the compound nitroglycerin paste treatment for early anal fissure.Methods 26 cases who applied compound nitric acid glycerin paste(treatment group) and 24 cases who applied musk hemorrhoids cream(control group) were retrospectively analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.15%,the recurrence rate was 11.54%,while the total effective rate of control group was 83.33%,the recurrence rate was 20.83%,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion The compound nitroglycerin ointment treatment for early anal fissure can promote wound healing and alleviate the suffering of patients.
