Abstract
The liquid and exopolysaccharides of Cordyceps militaris was studied.Under laboratory conditions:An optimum liquid medium for Cordyceps militaris exopolysaccharides production was as follow:corn starch 4%,soybean powder 0 6%,yeast extract 0 3%,K 2HPO 4 0 05%,MgSO 4 0 05%,pH 5 5,inoculation amount 3%.The highest yield of Cordyceps militaris exopolysacharides was 1 83g/L,carbon sources was the main factor that affected the exopolysaccharides yield of Cordyceps militaris.
