Abstract
Cordyceps acid, that is,D-mannitol,is one of the main active ingredients in the type of fungus cordyceps. To explore Cordyceps militaris better, the extracting technology of cordyceps acid in several strains of Cordyceps militaris was determined.According to a large number of single-factor experiments and orthogonal design, the best extraction conditions were drawn:microwave time 80s,microwave power 200W,material-liquid ratio 1:100,ethanol solvent concertration 70%.The strain with the highest acid content among 20 kinds of Cordyceps militaris strains was No.22 strain, whose cordyceps acid content was 160.39mg/g,which had value in production and application.
