Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the effects of magnetic treatment on exopolysaccharide of cordyceps militaris.[Mathod]The liquid strain of Cordyceps militaris was treated by magnetic treatment of different intensities and time,and the exopolysaccharide of Cordyceps militaris was extracted by ethanol precipitation method after being cultured in shake flask.[Result]Influence of magnetic treatment on exopolysaccharide of Cordyceps militaris was obvious,and the yield of exopolysaccharide of Cordyceps militaris assumed rise trend with the increase of magnetic strength but was lower than that in control.[Conclusion]Magnetic treatment could suppress the yield of exopolysaccharide in Cordyceps militaris.
