Abstract
Objective:Observation of curative effect of infantile eczema by Sanhuang-burnet solution and Chushi Zhiyang ointment.Method:70 cases of eczema were randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases,by use of Sanhuang-burne solution and Chushi Zhiyang ointment,the control group 30 cases with 2% boric acid solution and hydrocortisone butyrate cream.Result:Treatment group's total effectiveness is 82.5% after 7 days,control group is 96.7%(P0.05).After stop using,the treatment group's recurrence rate is 18.2%,the control group is 44.8%(P0.05).Conclusion:Compound Sanhuang-burnet solution combined Chushi Zhiyang ointment in the treatment of acute eczema has a good effect,the relapse rate is lower than western medicine group.
