Clinical Research on Chushi Zhiyang Mixture Curing Eczema

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safeness of Chushi Zhiyang Mixture curing eczema.Methods 134 eczema patients are randomly divided into 2 groups.67 patients in treatment group orally taking Chushi Zhiyang Mixture;67 patients in comparison group orally taking Fuyang Granule.Observe curative effect and safeness after treating for two weeks.Results ① In treatment group,total rate of effectiveness is 86.6%;while of the comparison group is 67.2%.The effect of the treatment group is apparently better than that of the comparison group(P0.01).②As to the curative effect of individual symptoms,there is apparent improvement(P0.01) in patients of both groups with regard to all scoring factors.At the same time,the treatment group is apparently better than the comparison group(P0.05 or P0.01)in individual scoring factors like tetter shape improvement.③There is apparent improvement(P0.01)in patients of both groups with regard to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom.Treatment group is apparently better than comparison group(P0.05)in the improvement of “vexation and insomnia”,“deep-coloured urine”.④It shows no adverse reaction pertinent to the tested drug.Conclusion Chushi Zhiyang Mixture has apparent curative effect to eczema,and it can alleviate clinic symptom in a short time,apparently amends skin damage.The drug proves to be an effective and safe TCM pharmaceutics in curing eczema.
