Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of cluster nursing intervention of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods 100 patients with the conditions of the neonates with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing intervention, the experimental group received cluster comprehensive nursing intervention measures, to compare the clinical effect of two methods of nursing. Results Mechanical ventilation time, the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group, the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was significantly lower than that in control group, the basic nursing qualification rate and the child's family satisfaction improved significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing can shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation, reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia, shorten the time of hospitalization, reduce hospitalization costs, reduce the economic burden of the family, is worthy of clinical application.
