Abstract
Physical education has made important contributions to the development of university education, facing with the continuous development of quality education and requirements of new curriculum. The new requirements of the university sports teaching is a new challenge for sport teachers. PE teachers must change their teaching philosophy and teaching methods, so as to meet the development needs of the community and comply with the requirements and standards of today's physical education.
