Uncertainty of measurement in the HPLC determination of Fufangdanshen tablets

Abstract

Objective:Find out the effective factors of uncertainty by analyzing the uncertainty of measurement in determination of salviol by HPLC and provide the evidence to evaluate the measurement.Method:Determination the salviol in Fufangdanshen tablets by HPLC and appraise the uncertainty according to JIF1059-1999.Result: The uncertainty of this test is 0.017mgpertablets.Conclusion:It is found out that the uncertainty of this experiment is mainly caused by non homogeneity of sample.
