Abstract
Objective: Find out the effect factors of uncertainty by analyzing the uncertainty of measurement in determination of pseudoephedirine by HPLC and provide the evidence to evaluate the measurement. Method: Determinate the pseudoephedrine in syrup by HPLC and appraise the uncertainty according to JJF1059-1999. Result: The uncertainty of this test is 0.11 mg mL~(-1). Conclusion: It is found out that the uncertainty of this experiment is mainly caused by duplicated injected samples.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
