Evaluation of the Uncertainty of Measurement for Determination of Sulfamonomethxine by HPLC

Abstract

Taking sulfamonomethxine as an example,an external referernce method for evaluation of the uncertainty of measurement for determination of drug by HPLC was expounded in this paper.The statistical approach was specified,and the uncertainty of each factor was calculated by analyzing the components and the vairable parameters of uncertainty among the procedure.The combined uncertainty was finally obtained by synthesizing the uncer-tainties of various component variables.
