The comparison of clinical effect between immediate impant and delayed implant in dental restoration of tooth-missing

Objective To compare the clinical effect between immediate impant and delayed impant in dental restorations of tooth-missing.Methods Sixty cases with tooth-misssing from Jun 2010 to Jun 2011 were selected,who were divided into study group and control group randomly.The study group was given innediate impant,while the control group was given delayed implant.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results At first,third and sixth month,the ISQ had no significant difference between two groups(P 0.05);After follow-up for 24 months,the cases of loose teeth,swollen gums and gingival pyorrhea had no significant difference between two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Immediate implant has the same clinical effect with delayed implant,meanwhile can relieve patients' pain and shorten the course of treatment.
