Abstract

Objective: To improve the satisfaction and successe rate of artifical tube implanted into nasolacrimal duct.Method: We sum up the experiences of 52 eyes in 46 cases with lacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis treated by artifical tube implanted into nasolacrimal duct.Result: The cure rate was 95% after followed up for 3~6 months.Conclusion: It's assured the success with mental care before operation health guidance and lacrinal duct irrigation after operation.
