Abstract
DP finish of silk fabric with citric acid-hydrolyzed starch was carried out.Factors exerting influence on finishing results were discussed, such as dosages of starch, citric acid, sodium hypophosphite and triethanolamine,as well as curing conditions. It was showed that optimum conditions for wrinkle resistant finish were 2% starch,7% CA,6% sodium hypophosphite,2% triethanolamine,2 mL/L JFC,curing at 170 ℃ for 90 seconds. The treated silk fabric featured high wet recovery angle ranking from 204.0°to 277.7°,a small decrease in breaking strength and whiteness,as well as fairly good durability.DP finish before or after dyeing exerted little influence on K/S value of the dyeings.
