On Perfection of Rural Land Property Right System in China——Problems and Their Resolution in Reform of Land Expropriation System

The defects in existing rural land property right system in China not only have an adverse effect on the protection of farmers' land rights and interests,but also restrict the deepening reform of rural land expropriation system.In existing legal system,it's necessary to maintain existing land ownership,clarify rural land property right relations,appoint representative of property right,and give whole powers and functions to farmers' collective ownership of land to promote harmonious development between economy and society and safeguard farmers' land rights and interests.
