Analysis of Chinese Land Expropriation System from the Angle of Collective Land Property

Land expropriation means the land system that according to the need of public interests,the country compulsorily obtains other's land on the condition of compensation.In China,there is no private land ownership,the only object of expropriation is collective land.At present,with the increasing industrialization and urbanization in China,and the constant expansion of land expropriation,the problems are focused on trespassing on collective land ownership and the farmer's land contract management right.The solutions: By legislation,on behalf of collective land property,the land contract management right are brought into the object of expropriation and the scale of compensation,so the legal rights and interests of collective land can be protected by using the suit of public interests.
