Abstract
As load bearing carrier,main girder of gantry crane has great effect on self-weight of crane,while press requirement met,according to changing arranged form between main girder,clapboard and rib plate,how it reduces cross-sectional area to lighten its self-weight.This article takes a gantry crane's local bias – rail box girder for example,analyzing two kinds of girder sections with ANSYS,in order to get the better one,and also point out the direction of similar girder section arranging.
