Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of zinc gluconate combined with anisodamine in treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis, and explore its combined application value.Method:70 children diagnosed as rotavirus enteritis in our department from October 2012 to January 2013 were selected, they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy, the experimental group was given zinc gluconate combined with anisodamine on the basis of the control group. The effect of treatment, the virus clearance rate and average duration between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total efficiency of experimental group was 94.3%,it was significantly higher than 74.3% of the control group, the virus clearance rate of experimental group was 68.6%,it was significantly higher than 42.9% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).And the average duration of experimental group was(3.48±0.75)d,it was significantly shorter than(5.24±0.93)d of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.001).Conclusion:The treatment effect of Zinc gluconate combined with anisodamine in treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis is more effective than the conventional scheme, and can shorten the course of disease, improve the cure rate, reduce the incidence of complications,is worthy of clinical promotion.
