Abstract
After the financial crisis in 2008,the vocational college students' employment is faced with a new situation.This paper believes that the key to successful employment of vocational college students is the agreement between the market demand and the specialty,the well planning of career,right guidance of employment,the expansion of employment market and so on.These measures will guarantee the sound development of higher vocational colleges.
