Reflection of Vocational College on Mechanism of Employment

In a market-oriented,national macro-control,college recommendation,two-way choice of students and employers situation,employment situation of vocational college students are important the role of market orientation,but the employment mechanism of vocational colleges and Socialism development of market economy is still difficult to docking.This paper with the current employment status of vocational college students to analysis from multiple perspectives to the employment of a scientific concept,and then use it to create a more robust and comprehensive mechanism for employment of vocational college students.
