After the 2008 year financial crisis,China's vocational colleges are facing new employment situation:although the overall employment situation is good,but the situation of some of the new created majors is not optimistic,and wages are generally too low;as well as graduates' unhealthy attitude toward employment.It's necessary for higher vocational colleges to set specialty link with the market demand,do well on students' career planning and design,strengthen career guidance class education,develop job market,establish employment base and improve the quality of employment,change business productive management and to enhance connotation.
