Abstract

The method was proposed for the simultaneous determination of atrazine and carbaryl in surface water by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The recovery rates of atrazine and carbaryl were respectively 74.2%~118%、77.4%~103%,and the detection limits of atrazine and carbaryl were respectively 0.006 μg/L、0.036 μg/L.The results showed that the method was suitable for determining atrazine and carbaryl in surface water. The water sample having the high concentration,it could be filtrated, then injected and determined directly.
