Problems in Practice of New Rural Cooperative Medical Care

As a basic policy of Chinese government to care about problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers and the people's livelihood and to solve the problems of farmers' medical treatment,the new rural cooperative medical care system plays a positive role in solving the problems of the difficulty and high cost of getting medical service in rural areas.However,the new rural cooperative medical care system is in the start-up stage,there are still many problems to be solved.Through the researches on some aspects in this system,especially its funding mechanism,compensation mechanism and security policy,this paper gives some advices for the implementation of the new system.
