New Problems and Suggestions of New Rural Cooperative Medical System under New Healthcare Reform

Since the new healthcare reform conducted three years,the government increased the investment on rural medical system,but the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System also appeared some new problems. By the field investigation of 19 counties of Hunan province,this paper found some outstanding problems of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System: decrease of medical service quality,negative emotion of doctors in primary medical institutions,unsatisfied demand of essential medicine and weak function of basic medical service in village clinics. And this paper gave some suggestions to deal with above problems.
