Abstract
Since its emergence,the new and high-tech industrial zone has become a driving force in the new technology revolution.Industrial concentration is one of the important features of high-tech industry,and the internationalized new and high-tech industrial zone is a centralized location for high-tech industries.Therefore,it is an important guidance to promote the development of the new and high-tech industrial zone according to the rules of industrial concentration.In view of industrial concentration,this paper discusses the ways of developing concentrated high-tech industrial zone in Hunnan,Shenyang.
