Study on the development of Qingdao high-tech industries——Based on the theory of industrial cluster

Now the globalization is accelerating,and the high technology has an increasing impact on economic development.Consequently,setting up high-tech industrial functional zone is becoming a significant means adopted worldwide in order to promote the convention of the achievement acquired through high-tech and improve the innovation ability.Based on the theory of industrial cluster,this article has analyzed the fundamental conditions of Qingdao high-tech.We find the effective way of how to improve the operation of functional zone development,and put forward supporting methods of optimizing the high-tech industrial zone and construction.
