The Establishing of Technological Innovation Ability Evaluation Index System of High-tech Industrial Development Zone——Based on the Analysis on Wuhan East-lake High-tech Industrial Development Zone

The development of the high-tech industrial development zone has huge effect of driving regional economy,and the cultivation of the innovation ability of the high-tech industrial development zone has bigger influence on sustained development of the high-tech industrial development zone. Through analyzing the current regional innovation ability evaluation indexes and the high-tech industrial development zone's innovation ability evaluation indexes, and based on the features of the high-tech industrial development zone's components, this paper builds an innovation ability evaluation indexes system of the high-tech industrial development zone, and connecting with the development status of Wuhan Eastlake High-tech Industrial Development Zone, evaluates its innovation ability, and puts forward some related countermeasures and suggestions.
