On the Innovation of University Talent Training Mode

Abstract

The employment problem of university graduates is important in universities work nowadays.The issue has aroused the attention of the whole society.The employment problem of university graduates is rooted in university talent training mode is not suitable for the objective requirements of social development.Innovation of university talent training mode,the following respects must be done:improve classroom teaching system,improve practical teaching system,pay attention to fostering human sociality,improve ideal personality education and evaluation system of talent training etc.
