Focus on physical knowledge and physical culture: Reform to the Teaching of Physical Education according to the New Curriculum Notions

Physical education means not only the training of physical skills, but also the construction of physical knowledge and the improvement of physical culture. Based on the investigation of the new curriculum standard of Physical and Health Education, the article analyses the transformation of the teaching views in Physical education, especially some reform strategies according to the new curriculum ideas. At last, the article gives us some conclusions and reflections to the result of the teaching reform.
