Abstract
Objective To observe the affection and safety of varied dosage of fluvastatin for blood lipid of CHD. Methods 50 cases of CHD patient with hyperlipemia were divided into 2 group (control group treated with 40 mg/d and therapy group treated with 80 mg/d) for 8 weeks as a course. Results The TC, LDL-C and TG were decreased obviously in both groups and lower after 4, 8 weeks in therapy group than those in control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in lab test and side effect. Conclusion In the certain range, the high dose of fluvastatin might have good effect than lower dose and without side effect.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
