Abstract
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determining plasma level of Phenytoin、Carbamazepine.Methods: Acetophenone was selected as the internal standard.A symmetryshield RP18 column(5μm,3.9×150mm) was used.The mobile phase,methanol-phosphate solution(50:50) was used at a flow rate 1.0 mL.min-1,The detector is Waters 2487 Dual λ Absorbance Detector,detector was set at the wavelength of 210 nm.Results: The linear relation of DPH and CBZ were in the range of 2.2~33.0 and 2.0~30.0ug/ml,respectively.The relative recoveries of DPH and CBZ were 97.5%、98.2%,respectively.The RSD within-day and between-day were less than 2%.Conclusion: This method is suitable for therapeutic drug monitoring of Phenytoin、Carbamazepine.
