Abstract
Objective To improve the therapeutic effect of primary posterior chamber intraocular lens(P-C IOL) implantation in traumatic cataract. Methods Fifty-seven cases of uniocular tarumatic cataract were treated by P-C IOL implantation and followed up for 3~35 months. Results The corrected visual acuity of 64% cases were 0. 5 or better,no.severe complications were found. Conclusion The treatment of anterior capsulotomy. prevention of posterior capsular rupture, seperating the iris posterior synechia, hydrodissection all play important role in the lens implantation of traumatic cataract.
