Abstract

Environmental law is one of the legal institution guarantees of new countryside construction,also new countryside construction offers a good chance to perfect China's environmental law. New countryside construction brings challenges on legislative purpose and regulating objectives of environmental law,so environmental law must adjust itself to adapt to it.
