Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical diagnostic value of joint inspection of serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA125 in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods:Serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA125 were measured with MLEIA in 75 patients with ovarian cancer and 50 controls. Results:The level of serum CA19-9 and CA125 on tumor markers in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than that in controls(P0.05).Positive rate of single marker was:CEA(5.3%),CA19-9(48.0%) and CA125(64.0%).Joint inspection of the three marker increased the positive rate to 92.0%.Conclusion:The joint inspection of serum CEA,CA19-9 and CA125 can improve the diagnostic positive rate of ovarian cancer apparently.
