Research on Mortgage-backed Securitization

Abstract

Mortgage-backed securitization, as a main factor in perfecting the mortgage system, becomes increasingly important in development of housing industry modernization in China. In this paper, the necessity and feasibility of mortgage-backed securitization are analyzed and the operation on mortgage-backed securitization is discussed. Some suggestions are presented to solve the possible problems in the process of mortgage-backed securitization.
