Abstract

Mortgage backed securitization is one of the most important international financial innovations since the 1970s.This paper firstly summarizes the existing four financing housing loans models in the international.Then analyzes the operation mode of mortgage backed securitization in the different countries and regions, and the variety modes are classified and compared.Finally we draw the conclusions of this study.
