Abstract
The basis of insurance law in China is private insurance law cored by insurance contract law; therefore, in amending insurance law of China, it is necessary to enact a private insurance law conforming to principles of private insurance law and the status quo of China. In this period of amending insurance law, the recognition and implementation of modern insurance contract law and insurance organization law should be emphasized, and systematic technical handling insurance contract law, insurance organization law and insurance supervision law should be paid attention to.
