Abstract
Objective:To identify Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Poria and Rhizoma Chuanxiong, and to assay jujuboside A in Suanzaoren mixture. Methods:TLC and HPLC were used. Results:The spots of TLC were fairly clear. The HPLC method showed good repeatability. The linear range was 0.55~1.1 mg/mL,and the average recovery of jujuboside A was 100.45% with RSD of 1.30%.Conclusions:The method is simple, repeatable, accurate, and can effectively control the quality of Suanzaoren mixture.
