Abstract
[Objective]To study the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Hebei and to provide scientific basis effectively for preventing public health emergencies.[Methods]The data of epidemic situation report of CDC in 2005 were colleced and analysed.[Results]25 public health emergencies and 881 cases took place in 2005. 40% of them were infectious diseases with the great majority occurring in villages. 40% of the cases were food poisoning affairs,and most of them outbroke in the town. 72% of the cases took place in schools、nurseries or kindergartens.[Conclusion]The public health emergencies in Hebei mostly take place in the villages,and particularly in the primary and middle schools. Accordingly,prevention and control measure are of great importance and practicabilities.
