Abstract
To study protective effect of APS against acute chemical liver injury. An animal model with acute liver injury was reproduced by carbon tetachloride and D chondrosamine in mice.Liver function indicators, serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),were determined.Increase in serum ALTand AST in mice caused by carbon tetrachloride and D chondrosamine could be inhibited by APS. There was significant difference between them and control.[Conclusion]It suggests that APS can protect mice from acute chemical liver injury.
