Clinical Observation on Acute Pancreatitis treated with Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective Compare effects of the combination treatment of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine with effects of the treatment of Western medicine in treatment of acute pancreatitise.Methods 98 cases of acute pancreatitise patients in our hospital is divided randomly into two groups.The control group 43 patients use the Western treatment,Otherwise,the treatment group 55 patients use the combination treatment of Western treatment and traditional Chinese medicine.Then compare the treatment effect of two groups patients with statistical method.Results Compared with the control groups,the hospitalization time and the effective time significantly decreased in the treatment groups.(P0.01).Conclusions The clinial effcts of the combination treatment of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine is significanly better than the Western treatment.It can raise the treatment effects and short the course of treatment.
