Abstract
Effect of extraction pressure,CO2 flow rate, extraction time and extraction temperature on the yield of coriander seed oil by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid was studied with single factor experiments. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by fitting the experimental dates with quadratic response surface methodology, and mathematical model of extraction was built,as well.
