Abstract
Based on the result of single parameter experiment, response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize the process parameters of supercritical dioxide extraction of the roselle seed oil.The effect of temperature, pressure and extraction time on the yield were investigated. Results showed that the maximum extraction yield would be over 22% and the optimum process parameters were the extraction temperature of 50℃,the pressure of 28MPa and extraction time of 110min.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
