Abstract
Objective:To understand the homology of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus(VP) strains isolated from a food poisoning. Methods:VP was isolated and identified according to the national standard. The isolated VP strains were carried out serotyping and virulence gene(tdh, trh) detection, then pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) was used for genotyping.Results:11 VP strains with the serotype of O3:K6 were isolated from 10 patients and a chopping block. In this detection, all the VP isolates carried tdh virulence genes and had the same PFGE pattem. Conclusion:This is a food poisoning caused by VP pollution in the food processing link.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
