Abstract

Objective:To use pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) technology with Vibrio parahaemolyticus from food poisoning caused by the strains isolated from homology analysis. Methods:Isolation of Vibrio parahaemolyticus routine identification, after Serotyping,PFGE analysis and to determine the molecular typing, using BioNumerics software PFGE typing patterns for the conduct of electronic data analysis, cluster analysis diagram is drawn to observe the type of bacteria causing food poisoning for the same elements of the strain caused by typing. Results:The 11 isolated from food poisoning,Vibrio parahaemolyticus, which were isolated from the stool of patients 10,the tool applied to isolate a complex, both serotype O3: K6-type,these strains by PFGE cluster analysis with three kinds of type, between 3 of Article 1-2,respectively,have different electrophoretic bands, the percentage of similarity was 93%.Conclusion:The food poisoning are from the same clone caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus, the application of gel electrophoresis in the strain homology analysis and tracking the source of infection.
