Causes of Employee's Silence in Enterprises and the Countermeasures

Active participation of employees contributes to the development of enterprises.The article analyzes the defects and causes of employees keeping silence.It is suggested that we establish the common value view,common tasks and common goals through cultivating organizational trust atmosphere and adopting more efficient methods to break the silence.
