Control study of risperidone oral solution and olanzapine made in china on alcohol-induced mental disorder

Objective To verify the effect and safety of risperidone oral solution on alcohol-induced,mental disorder.Methods 69 patients with alcohol-induced mental disorder were randomly divided into risperidone oral solution group and olanzapine group which were observed 4 weeks after treatment,PANSS total and factor scores and adverse Scale (TESS) of the change.Results Risperidone oral solution and made olanzapine in patients with mental disorders due to alcohol were significant effects of treatment,no statistically significant difference (P 0.05),risperidone oral liquid group of extrapyramidal side effects significantly higher than domestic olanzapine group (P 0.05).Conclusion Risperidone oral solution in treating mental disorders due to alcohol efficacy and safety is reliable,its domestic olanzapine is no significant difference.
